Sadly, many veterans are not aware of the benefits to which they are entitled. The facts for existing and returning veterans seeking benefits are shockingly lacking. There is limited federal help available for veterans, their spouses, and family. And that is only gained by the most informed in a federal system that is very slow. Here at the Foundation we can inform the veterans and help them attain those benefits.
Our goals
-
- To find a new location for the Foundation that serves all future needs
- To have private counseling rooms and add additional trained certified veterans counselors to our present
staff.
- To work hand in hand with other national and local veterans groups
- To affiliate with other non-profit organizations that have common interests
- To assist Veterans from anywhere in the USA to relocate to Florida.
- We are committed to provide any returning Iraq or Afghanistan veteran and their family with assistance in finding assisted living facilities for disabled veterans if needed
- To open Headquarters to all veterans from Lee, Collier, Hendry Glades and Charlotte Counties
- We will seek financial assistance for the needy whenever possible
- To provide non emergency medical transportation when available
- . To expand our goals and commitments as we grow.
